International orders: Before you place an international order on our website, you have to check with customs officials in your country whether you can import such products or not. If you place an order, you are fully responsible to clam the package from customs. If a package comes back as unclaimed, we will refund the amount you paid for the products, but the shipping and handling  fee will be non-refundable. If the package is confiscated by customs agents, we will not be able to refund your money at all. 

The UK

If you place an order from the UK, you are likely to pay:

VAT                                            £8.71

Parcel Force Handling Fee: £8.00

Total:                                      £16.71

 

In addition, you may be assessed the Import Duty and Excise Duty fees, but that’s very rare, and we don’t have an information about how those fees are assessed. Once you place an order, you agree to pay for any and all fees that the UK customs assess.

 

Australia

 

All packages shipped to Australia are opened before delivery, but they are always delivered in its entirety. If your package is worth more than $1000 Australian Dollars, you will be charges some importing fees.

France

If your package is worth more than 150 Euros, you will be charged some importing fees.

Turkey

Claiming herbal supplements from customs in Turkey requires a doctor's prescription and the address of the doctor's office, which will resell the herbal products (This may have changed, but that's the info we have from a few years ago). 

 

 

Our shipping policy 

In general, the orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. 

If your order is shipped to the US address, and you have not received your order within 5-10 business days (or if you ordered from overseas and you have not received your order within 7-14 business days), please contact us immediately at 1 804 477 1723.  Please have your order information ready so we can better assist you.

Our return policy

If you have received a discount for the grand total of your wholesale order and you decide to return unused products, your discount will be forfeited. 

If you select a free gift with your order and you decide to return unused products, unless you return the free gift along with the rest of your order, the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. 

Products sold on our website are not FDA approved, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Those seeking treatment for a specific disease should consult a qualified physician prior to using our products. Hulda Clark's statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. For more information regarding the cleanses recommended by Hulda Clark, please refer to her books.

We do not offer a money back guarantee for our products. We cannot refund for the bottles that have been used or opened because we cannot resell those bottles. If you return the bottles that have been opened and used without previously receiving a return authorization via email, we will discard the package and there will be no refund issued.

 

If the zapper hasn't been used at all, which will be determined upon inspection, and it is returned within the first 15 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from refund.

If the zapper has been used, we cannot issue a refund because we cannot resell that zapper.

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Please have a tracking number in the case we need to track the package. As soon as we receive the returned products, we will refund the amount you paid per product less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
